Our schedule of public performances are meant to raise awareness on the importance of arts education for children while also lifting up our community .
Representation in the arts is important and Segundo Barrio Children's Chorus increases visibility for the music, culture, and traditions of Houston's Latino/Hispanic Community.

PAST PERFORMANCES
- Dec 21, 2023, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PMLynne Wyatt Square for Performing Arts, 600 Louisiana St, Houston, TX 77002, USAWe are thrilled to be one of the first perforance groups invited to perform at the Brand New Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts. This concert will feature all three of SBCC ensembles. Over 100 children will perform representing ages 4 - 12 years old. This is a free public concert.

This space has a musical acoustic unmatched in all of Houston. We are joining forces with the Bay Area Singers to present songs in english and spanish.

- Jun 07, 2023, 6:00 PMGloria Dei Lutheran Church at NASA , 18220 Upper Bay Rd, Houston, TX 77058, USAA unique Festival combining the voices of children from Bay Area Youth Singers, San Antonio Children's Choir, Houston Treble Singers, and Segundo Barrio Children's Chorus. Each choir will be featured and then all will come together in song, inspired by the Sun, Moon, and Stars.

Their support will help sustain and expand programming for Segundo Barrio Children's Chorus. As part of the ceremony, Los Jovenes Cantantes will perform alongside the award winning UofH PUMAS Mariachi Band.
