Raising awareness of the importance of music, arts, and culture education for the children of Segundo Barrio Children's Chorus is a central focus of our programming. 

 

Representation in the Houston arts landscape is the goal, and lifting up and celebrating the culture and traditions of our members and their families and the community in Second Ward and the Greater East End is how we are striving to achieve that goal.

 

We encourage all members of the media to reach out and inquire about featuring our chorus in their new stories.
